QA Automation Lead
Location: Nashville, TN
6 month Temp to Perm opportunity (could covert to FTE sooner than 6 months)
- Must have experience leading a testing team
- Need someone who is metrics driven
- Need someone who is honest about numbers with the team and call out bad code to get if fixed. Not a pushover, but can relate to the team in a diplomatic way
- Understand QA and test/release management
- Releases are done every 2 weeks
- Needs accountability on the testing
- Managing a small group or manual testers onshore and offshore
